New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) is seeking proposals for janitorial and custodial, indoor and outdoor area maintenance services at Specific Sites and Various Sites, Citywide. Services will include basic cleaning and maintenance of indoor spaces, sidewalks, paths, piers, ferry landings and walkways, tree pits, gutters, and catch basins, sweeping, mopping, and rubbish removal.

NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed fee.

Optional Site Tour

An optional site tour will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM ET at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. Those who wish to attend should RSVP by email to [email protected] on or before 5:00 PM ET on Friday, April 18, 2025.

Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5:00 PM ET on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
