Building Inclusively. Driving Forward.

Over the past decade, New York City has cemented itself as one of the world-leading tech capitals. The tech sector has grown into one of NYC's most important economic engines, creating family-sustaining jobs, supporting entrepreneurs, and driving innovation for businesses and communities through a robust startup and venture capital ecosystem. At the same time, ensuring equitable access to these opportunities is critical to sustaining long-term growth and economic resilience.

NYCEDC is committed to building an equitable, globally competitive tech ecosystem where all New Yorkers can participate as workers, owners, and beneficiaries. By expanding access to training, jobs, capital, and innovation, NYCEDC strives to harness tech as a powerful pathway to economic mobility and shared prosperity across the five boroughs.
