Consultant Services, NYCEDC Asset Management Building Plans and Document Management Platform RFEI

New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) seeks expressions of interest from qualified respondents on solutions to modernize how NYCEDC manages building plans, drawings, engineering documents, studies, reports, models, and related property records. NYCEDC’s immediate challenge is that critical asset documentation is fragmented across legacy systems, network drives, Microsoft SharePoint sites, project repositories, and other platforms. This fragmentation makes it difficult to identify the official record, locate complete drawing sets, manage versions, collaborate with stakeholders, and avoid duplicative studies or rework. NYCEDC is seeking a centralized, governed platform that improves access, search, collaboration, metadata quality, records management, security, and long-term stewardship. The solution should also establish a scalable data foundation for future capabilities, including digital twins, virtual tours, geospatial navigation, predictive asset maintenance, scenario modeling, and portfolio-level analytics.

Answers to all questions will be posted by October 2, 2026. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFEI will not be accepted after 5PM ET on Wednesday, September 30, 2026; however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting responses to this RFEI may be directed to [email protected] on or before Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 4PM ET.
