New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Mass Engagement seeks information from qualified respondents on unified Text Messaging and Phone Outreach platforms.
Mayor Mamdani established the Office of Mass Engagement to transform how New Yorkers engage with their government, opening a direct line of communication between the Mayor, his team, and the people who built this city and keep it running. The Office of Mass Engagement works within City Hall and across City agencies to strategize, coordinate, and execute engagement that reaches the masses of everyday New Yorkers.
Through this RFEI, NYCEDC seeks to understand available solutions that provide a unified text messaging and phone outreach platform to support the Office of Mass Engagement's public awareness campaigns.
