Feb 03 2025New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking a consultant to provide Engineering Design and Related Consulting Services for Broadway Junction Station Gateway Plaza Project. The Station Gateway Plaza is located at the Broadway Junction transit station and directly adjacent to Callahan-Kelly Playground.
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, experience and quality of any subcontractors proposed, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, ability to meet Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (“M/WBE”) Participation Goals, and the proposed fee.
Inquiries
Respondents may submit questions and/or request clarifications from NYCEDC no later than 5pm on Friday, February 7, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP should be directed to [email protected]. Answers to all questions will be posted by Friday, February 14, 2025. Questions regarding the subject matter of this RFP will not be accepted after 5pm on Friday, February 7, 2025, however, technical questions pertaining to downloading and submitting proposals to this RFP may be directed to [email protected] on or before Thursday, February 27, 2025.
Optional Informational Session
An optional informational session will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025 at
10:00 A.M. at One Liberty Plaza (OLP), 14th Floor, New York, NY (please allow
additional 15 minutes for security at OLP) and virtually via Microsoft Teams. Those who wish to attend should RSVP by email to [email protected] on or before January 30, 2025 (please state in person or virtual attendance when RSVP)

It is the policy of NYCEDC to comply with all federal, state and City laws and

NYCEDC established the Contract Financing Loan Fund programs for Minority,
Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (M/W/DBE) interested in working
on public construction projects. Contract Financing Loan Fund facilitates financing
for short-term mobilization needs such as insurance, labor, supplies and
equipment. Bidders/subcontractors are strongly encouraged to visit the NYCEDC
