Led by the NYCEDC Business Development team, the Choose NYC Summit is an annual convening of business leaders, investors, and policymakers to facilitate the expansion of companies from around the world to New York City. Through a day of panels, presentations, and networking sessions, the Choose NYC Summit celebrates New York’s strategic advantages that make it a great place to do business—and provides growing companies with the critical connections they need to guide their expansion journeys.

This summer, the world's game will come to the world's capital when the NYC metro area hosts the 2026 FIFA World Cup. With the city on full display, the Choose NYC Summit will be held on June 23, inviting business leaders from around the globe to connect, collaborate, and strategize their global expansions.

The Choose NYC Summit is designed for companies based outside NYC, with a particular focus on international firms, that are interested in expanding their physical footprints to the city—whether you’re looking for a manufacturing facility, office space for your new global headquarters, or anything in between.

What to Expect

As New York’s premier business attraction conference, the Choose NYC Summit is a “who’s who” of business—bringing together leaders in policy, industry, and venture capital in one space. The day program includes:
